THE MOMENTUM EFFECT

I have spoken on several occasions with Clients about this. When you stop taking the time each week to workout, momentum can roll in that direction of doing a little less each week.

Conversely, the same is true when we get that ball rolling by maintaining a regime that fits your body mind and truthfully soul.

You feel better, more hopeful, and more alive. You also see your weight going down and your body compacting. Muscle takes up less space than fat, so your clothes fit better. More importantly you have more ENERGY, and are in a BETTER place to be present with Family & Friends. In this respect it is so much easier to maintain momentum than to regain it.

Start at any time!

EXPERIMENT: To see if you have more energy on the days you workout than the days you don’t, by doing a 30min run/walk/workout in the morning. (Stay Hydrated and not over heated)

If you can keep that momentum going, then use that as a reminder in times when you want to quit.
